Welcome Nice to meet you!  This is just my simple blog about being a wedding photographer in San Luis Obispo and Paso Robles, the people I meet, and the photographs I take...plus some stories to help you glue them all together.  Please feel free to leave a comment...I love hearing from everyone.  As my fortune cookie said "Great people will come into your life" so I take that to mean you all, too!

Laura and Jeremy had the most relaxed and easy-going wedding.  How did they accomplish this?  Well, I heard that Laura saves up all her intensity for her work...leaving very little for worrying about wedding details.  Second, they chose the Garden Chapel at Coalesce bookstore in Morro Bay for their wedding.  That place has an intimate seating area, so there was not going to be a huge guest list for invitations.  Third, they have an incredibly unique honeymoon to look forward to (a walking tour of Switzerland) so that kept a lot of their attention.  But, even without those reasons...that was just the way they wanted it to be.  The reception was held at Windows on the Water (also in Morro Bay) and everyone just walked between the chapel and the restaurant.  Without the usual wedding traditions (cake cutting, garter toss, first dance, etc.), Laura and Jeremy had more time to talk with all their guests and family.  I think it was just the way they wanted it.  I loved it!

He was quite flirty and fun. Can he come to more of my weddings?

It really captures the mood of the reception. Good friends, good wine, great conversation, smiles, intimate, relaxed.
